What is EDZAGE?
EDZAGE is a premium luxury streetwear label built on a high-scarcity drop model. We engineer heavyweight cotton stock — tees and polos at 250–300 GSM — in small, strictly-limited batches, release it in timed drops, then archive it permanently. Based in Sri Lanka, shipping worldwide.
What does "limited drop" mean?
Each drop is a small, fixed batch released in a single window. When the stock counter hits zero, that's it — the item is archived permanently with no restocks. The first drop, the V1 Core Heavyweight Tee, is 50 units.
How heavy are EDZAGE pieces?
Our stock is built at outerwear weight — 250 to 300 GSM combed cotton. The V1 Core Heavyweight Tee is 300 GSM, so it holds its architectural shape wash after wash instead of going limp.
How does sizing fit?
Fits are boxy and architectural by design. If you prefer a leaner silhouette, size down. Each product page lists the exact measurements and GSM.
Does EDZAGE accept returns?
We do not offer returns. Because every drop is strictly limited, we offer size exchanges only — within 7 days of delivery, on unworn, unwashed pieces with all tags attached, subject to remaining stock.
How do I exchange a size?
Email contact@edzage.com with your order number and the size you need within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges depend on remaining stock, and limited drops sell through fast, so reach out quickly.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide with full tracking. Sri Lanka delivery is typically 1–3 business days after dispatch; international times vary by destination. Duties and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility.
How fast do orders ship?
All drop-day orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hours. You receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.
What is the Vault?
The Vault is early access for subscribers. Before each public drop, members receive a password for a two-hour VIP window — the full release, no queue. It isn't a discount; the price holds. What members get is time, and against 50 units, time is what matters.
How do I care for my piece?
Cold machine wash inside out with similar tones, no bleach or fabric softener. Hang dry — never tumble dry, as heat breaks down the structure and fit. Iron in reverse on low heat, never directly over any print.
Are sold-out items restocked?
No. Sold-out items are archived permanently and never restocked. The Archive stays as a record of what was released — not a product catalog.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept local Sri Lankan payments in LKR and international cards in multiple currencies through secure payment gateways. Your order is only confirmed once payment is verified.
